Fully gutted and ready for conversion 40' Skoolie for sale. $20,000, Price is open for thoughtful haggling.

I bought it, gutted it and then life changed and now I'm moving overseas! So I need to sell it. Sadly it won't fit on the airplane...

I have more photos and videos of the before and after as well as the process. I'm pretty bummed to see it go. I hope it'll be the perfect canvas for somebody else's home!

If you have any questions or want to see more photos please just shoot me a message.

- DT466 engine runs great, I just drove it the other day to make sure. I bought it from a guy who got it from Arizona. He drove it up from through to get it here if that says anything about how well it runs.

- Virtually rust free. I derusted and Rust-Oleum painted what little rust was on the floor. I will include extra Rust-Oleum and aluminum tape.

- All the lights work.

- Air brakes and ride seat in full working condition.

- Tires have plenty of tread, but I'd probably replace the steer tires up front as they are getting old.

- Batteries are good. I unhooked them while it sat to prevent drain.

- I removed all the windows, cleaned and resealed them to avoid leakage. Some are freshly blanked off. I will include the spare windows and extra metal if you want to blank more or add the windows back in.

- I ran fuel stabilizer, fuel cleaner, and oil cleaner through it when I drove it last.

- Great for taller people. It has a ton of headroom. I'm 5'8" and there is still a good foot or so of room.

Where?

i don't know if the air works still, i never tested it.
--------------------
From the pics, I don't see any AC evaporators nor floor heaters installed.

You mentioned AZ in the ad. Is the bus still located in AZ?

No actually. its in Springfield Missouri. I'm trying to manage multiple listings of the same bus on different websites and I seem to have messed that up lol.
what it was supposed to say is that i bought it for a guy in Oklahoma city and he bought it from Arizona. implying that it was fairly rust free as its dry there. he drove it through flagstaff to get it here and i drove it from OKC to Springfield mo. sorry that got lost in the shuffle. i should go check my other spots and make sure its correct.

as far as the heating there is a coil in there, but the previous owner had removed it, so I don't really know much about it. I left it alone though so it may still work if you put it back together. I had planned to add my own heating and an ac unit into the old exit hatch in on the roof. as far as I can tell the front dash and controls haven't been changed though. so driver heat and ac may still work.

I could probably get some more picture of what's in there if you want. you may know better than I.
