Has anyone ordered from Foam Factory?

I have them posted on a sticky for useful links. I am curious if anyone has ordered from them. I would like to know about the quality of the mattress and your experience with the company. I am about to order a mattress soon and would like any feedback about your purchase.

Yes sir I have, but we bought a bulk roll of foam and cut it up to make 2 full size beds, 1 king size sofa sleeper style bed and 4 other seats covered everything a vinyl and everything sleeps good sits good.
No complaints so far.
We ordered ours and had it through fed-ex/ups in a couple of days.
If needed I can find my purchase and ship ticket.

I just ordered more foam last week from them for work.

We use the 1inch grey for padding in shipping crates for aircraft parts, great customer service
