We were just at the fair and saw a more structured bus demo. For the first two heats (and the third to get qualifiers from those who didn't win the first two), driver's couldn't use the back of the bus to hit someone else's front. The final was a sort of free-for all. Once I get the pictures uploaded, I'll post some if folks want ...

BTW, the buses we saw at the fair got much more pulverized than the ones in the vid above. It really makes you appreciate how sturdy the skoolies are ... :shock:

Winner of the second heat in black and yellow (And yes, that started out as a full-size bus):

A really nicely painted bus that didn't survive the third heat. It couldn't be towed or pushed, as the rear of the body had broken loose from the chassis. You get a little of that here where it's being carried off:

And we had the obligatory engine-fire during the final heat's 'free-for-all' when the front of the buses could be targeted:

I hate to see good skoolies die that way, people that go to those events proabaly go to dog,chicken, and mexican baby knife fights. Them some sick muthers out there!
