Headlight troubles!

Greetings. This one confounds me. Here’s the deal. We have a ‘91 Thomas with 4 rectangular headlights. The light switch is a push/pull design with 3 positions, off, first detent for running lights, second detent for headlights. The brights are activated by pulling back on the turn signal lever. So…off works fine. First detent (running lights) works fine. However, the second detent, all the way out, the headlights only work if the brights are activated, then all four come on. Without the brights activated, no headlights work. Now a bit of history. They all worked fine, but a while back I swapped all 4 out for LEDs. Of those, only high beams worked. So, I swapped back and now am having this issue. Any ideas? Is there a fuse or relay that might have tripped? Thanks

Pull all the lamps, take a test lamp or multimeter and see if there is power to the connector plugs as appropriate for the position of the switches.
Then you work back from there.

Or go to your fuse box(es) and check the fuses with the test lamp or multimeter.
