Can someone give me an approximate measurement of the distance between the bottom of the bus and the very bottom of the bus, i.e. where the sheet metal ends?

On my bus, the floor is at the very bottom, right under my feet.

If you are talking about skirt length, it varies. Longer skirt can hide more stuff, but loose ground clearance.
