New here and new to many aspects of busses as well. I have two busses of my own that I am both very proud of. The first one is a 1954 chevy 6700 with a Wayne body, that is being restored. The second is a 1990 chevy P30 chassis, the bus is a blue bird mini bird 22 passenger bus, which I am in the beginning stages of a camper conversion that I have always wanted to do. I am very excited to be a member of this community and learn as much as I can about busses and coversions.

I've got alot of pictures and I have a Flickr account however most of them are not on it, I seem to have lots of issues with it on my mobile device and don't have regular access to a computer

Sadly, they went away not too many years ago after being in business since before the Civil War. Chassis parts are fairly easy as they will be tha same as whatever make/model the bus was built on. Mine, for example is on a 1946 Chevy 1-1/2 ton truck chassis and I can still find most parts through dealers, vintage shops or Ebay.

Body parts (and any of those that Wayne fabbed) are a different story. Your only hope there is junkyards and again, Ebay. I am constantly amazed at how much obscure stuff shows up there. Post war stuff is MUCH easier to find and there are several "Old Chevy" dealers online. If you are in need of anything in particular, lemme' know and I'll dig up some of the suppliers I have come across.

Would love to see some pix BTW.

Tango I sent you a message, it's really great to find somebody who knows about wayne busses
