Were looking at a 97 Bluebird with a cummins and a allison pusher. The wife and i always wanted to converte One over to fit our life style.

Rust would be the number one thing to watch out for.
Nothing wrong with a little bit of surface rust but if the frame and chassis have any rot or if there are any signs of rust in the inner body panels keep looking.

Tires are upwards of $2000 so check the condition and age.

If there is an hour meter definitely make note of what it says. That's more important than the mileage.
