Hello from Marlboro, Mass

Looking to build a vacation bus. I want to make the back part so I can put my car in and the rest the motor home. I'll be looking for a flat front, front engine bus hopefully 40ft long. Any advice would be welcome. I am a metal fabricator and welder by trade.
