Haven't bought a bus yet. Want to make sure I get the right one.

The master plan is to convert a bus for a long-haul, grand-tour of the western U.S. and back

Can anyone steer me to a sticky or thread that answers all the newbie questions?

We are just north of otown. We live in Eustis and our bus is in Sorrento. You should come out and hang around sometime!
If you want to cross the rockies, get a bus with a serious drivetrain.

There is a "get edumacated" thread but I can't find it even with google.

I'm pretty new to this area, moved here about 6 months ago. Looking at a map, it looks like you're straight west of me here in DeBary.
