Hello All!

I have not made the jump to purchasing a bus as of yet, but I am feverishly researching buses, systems, and absorbing tons of information about the conversion process.

This will be a huge lifestyle change for me, but it's time for me to try something new. Currently I work out of Chattanooga as an Electrical Designer in the nuclear industry and may be taking a field assignment at a plant in Georgia in the next few months. As a result, I plan on buying my bus in the next month or so. It'll be a work in progress at first, but I'm not going to cut any corners when it comes to roughing in and mechanical work. I'll do the finishing as I can.

I look forward to talking with ya'll and discussing a lifestyle change I'm excited about. I'm huge into backpacking and sleeping on the ground in primitive conditions, so the transition should be too drastic. Or so I think.

Hey there Dustin,

I'm new here too. I actually live in southern Kentucky, Bowling Green area, so not too far from you. Not exactly close, either. Anyway, looking forward to seeing what you build.
