Found this treasure trove a few days ago and had to join. I'm planning to convert an '86 FE Blue Bird All American, and hope to start this summer. I'm in a position where money won't be the issue (although I do have a budget!). Time is my problem, and I'm still trying to work that out.

Right now I live a little north of Joplin, MO. My job follows specialized commercial construction projects, so I move every few months. I look forward to making new friends who share this passion, and to hopefully checking out a few conversions wherever my travels take me.

That's undecided. Right now, the seats are out but that's where work stopped.

I'll get a conversion thread started. No sense telling the story twice.

Good to see someone close to me who has just started also. I am in Independence, MO and have purchased a '98 All American that was used for school trips. Long haul to get it changed and am looking forward to the challange.
