Hello! Just starting my skoolie journey

I just put a down payment on my skoolie, a 29' 2007 Thomas flat-front bus with a 5.9 Cummins and a 6-speed Allison 2500.
My current plans include a full demo (it's already empty of seats), remediate any and all rust, a roof raise, new wiring, lots of solar, and kitted out for full time living for one or two people. I might become annoying with all the questions I pour into this group.

Thing I recommend:

Get a gimbal stove for a sailboat.

A buddy of ours did a short stint crushing boats and got us one for free, and it is miraculous. We can cook while rolling down the road, let alone parked at an angle.
