Help finding parts for Ford E350 Bus

So I bought this epic bus, to turn into a house. However, it's kind of custom made by TurtleTop. I noticed that one of these is broken, and I don't even know what these parts are called, or what they do for the bus. I was wondering if anyone had any information on these parts, or has dealt with this before. I'm from Maine, and there's no way this bus is going to get inspected with the suspension part being broken that way. As you can see I got the floor tore apart.

Please see attached pictures, I'm talking specifically about the Big blocks of rubber, and what they're connected to.

This is a 1993 Ford E350 7.5 diesel.

should be able to go to any parts store and say E350 van not bus or just say service van and show them the pics and they should be able to order it for you.
i think they might be calling that a chassis support.
what does the other side look like

what else is connected to that?

It is held by a large support under the frame. Which is also connected to both of my axles. The rear axle seems to just be brakes, and suspension, while the front axle seems to be drive and brakes, I took a photo of the underside as well. I'll try showing these pictures to people at AutoZone or Napa later today if open.

I'm trying to take a picture of the side where it is fully together, and I have the floor torn up.

Sorry for the perspective I'm just uploading these right off my phone
