Anybody know what this is? Doesn't seem to be connected to anything. Do I remove, refurbish or re-purpose?

Looks like an air dryer. Keeps water out of the air brakes

You start learning about your brake system pronto and see if that air drier was replaced with another.Excessive amounts of moisture in an air brake system is bad.

Thanks guys. Good point about draining the tanks. Here's a pic of my air dryer. I guess it was replaced at some point and the old one left there. I'll get rid of it. It seems to be leaking oil too.

Not an air drier. Looks to be part of a hydraulic system or accessory. If it,s not hooked to anything just remove it. Seems to be a lot of rust under there.

I went back and looked harder maybe it was a reservoir for?? Kind of hard to tell.
