Help removing 1/4" Huck Rivets

I'm gonna tuck my window covers too grind heads off the rivets but instead of time consuming carriage bolts also expensive try large head pop rivets from fastener supply house box of 100 or more $60

I've gotten stainless pop rivets in 3/16 and 1/4 off ebay for as little as like 30 cents each.

If you miss with the grinders spot putty and sand n paint. If you miss with the air chisel, you could gouge or stretch the metal just saying.
