Hello,

I was able to remove the seats in my Ford E450 shuttle bus. I am now working on removing the rubber flooring. Does anybody know how to remove the nut in the picture. Tried unscrewing from the bottom but the nut and bolt both rotate, nothing on the top moves.

Not sure exactly how the floor of a shuttle bus works, but I think you're also just rubber glued on top of plywood. Getting that rubber off will be a pain and there's no need for it. Set a circular saw with a demo blade to slightly less than the bottom of the plywood and cut the floor into small chunks (I did 1 foot square but other have done larger) then just pry the chunks out.

If its in good shape, just leave it in. helps with sound deadening road noise.
Move on to the next item.
