Help with window by door please

Have removed all windows down passenger side except for the last which is located next to the entry door.

The problem is the tray located under and around the opening mechanism is in the way.

Suggestions on how I can overcome?

you turned off comments on the video.
Try removing the fasteners that hold that end of the tray and make a little room to pull the window out.

Roger that. Got it solved with the back 4 screws which went up on the outer edge of the door gasket as shown in video. Sometimes the solution staring you in the face is easiest.
