Hot water heater help!!!

So my wife and I are building our first skoolie. We have done some research on an Excel Tankless vent free gas water heater and I was looking for suggestions and or reviews on this specific product. Any information would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

I've got one and I love it! Works great, easy to install and no pesky vent to have to cut into the roof!

5 litre boiler and 30 litre boiler

Both are demand type water heaters (you have to turn them on first), but why keep water hot when you're not using it?
