How do you protect the fan on your composting toilet in a wet room?

From the Nature's Head website...you can put the composting toilet in a wet room but you need to protect the fan from the water. Anyone have any polished-looking set-ups for this? Someone suggested putting a plastic bag over it when you shower which would be fine for camping, but I wouldn't want to mess with that every day, plus it would look ugly...

I am having a waterproof Naugahyde slip cover made for mine for just that reason. Don' want the coir/kitty litter/sawdust media getting soaked either.

You could stop showering....... :)

I have seen "Wet head's" in boats that had a hinged Plexiglas (?) cover that folded down when showering. It protects the toilet and provided a seat.
