How much would you pay for a used awning?

I just learned that a friend's neighbor is selling his 19' RV awning because he upgraded to a fully powered model. I assume it's in good condition, but have not seen it yet. I will go check it out tonight. It's actually larger than I'd prefer. 15' would be a better size for my bus, but if the price is right I think I could make it work, and I'd have a full length awning. So how much should I consider paying for it?

If it's in pretty good shape, maybe a hundred? I mean, what else is he going to do with it?
If it's in poor shape, fifty?
If the fabric is ruined, and the retractor doesn't work, then ten? It's a good starting point for refurb.

Turns out I decided that 19' was just too long for my bus. But I just found another one on craigslist for $50 that is 12' long and comes off a barely used 2008 RV. That sounds like a good deal to me! Hopefully I'll be able to snag it.

Dang! Somebody already snatched it up for more than the asking price. I knew that deal wasn't going to last long! :(
