I drank the Kool-Aid

You're at the point where you might as well frame for RV windows, and skin the existing widow area.

Naw...I traveled on too many Prevost's....I like windows. :)

Day off tomorrow and a concert.

Got the walls emptied, the floor up as well. Everything looks good. Got the drivers area to do yet.

A few questions:

Do I pressure wash the floor?

Anyone with a BB put insulation in their walls. The areas are about 26" wide and 30" deep. Hardly handy for using a 4x8 sheet of foam. Got any slick ways for me to get the most out of my foam boards?? R7 good enough ya think? I am trying not to eat up too much head room with the floor.

By the way, this is what we do that prompted us to get a bus. Hoping to make travel easier:

montana eh? im about a half hour or so from the NE corner of that state. where abouts in that wilderness are ya?

120 NW of Missoula, 120 miles W of Kalispell, 150 mile E of Spokane....your choice. :) We sang up at the Frenchman River last year. You near that?

Update:
Cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning. Taking decals off, gum, grinding some spots on the floor. Putting Ospho on the rusty spots. Getting ready to paint the floor.
Gotta figure out how to get rid of seat frames too. How much Buskote will I need for the top? How much paint for the floor?

My next question;

Seal the floor holes before paint or after paint?

Silicone or roof tar stuff?

i duct taped the holes from the bottom of the bus, then caulked them so the caulk doesnt just fall out, then remove the tape when its dry. I think i used DAP constuction adhesive, worked fine.

I cant get at but 20 holes from underneath. I can only do inside. I get the picture though. :)

Got it.

Under the drivers seat, do I put the 1.5" insulation too, like I will the rest of the floor? Debating whether or not I should. Not sure I want the floor a whole 2.5" higher around that area. Whats the general consensus?

Someone give me some ideas on hanging a generator off the back bumper of a R/E bus. :) Of course, it will have to swing or lower.

Its Ace rust stop safety yellow. Dont know why I chose yellow, it was handiest. Plywood and such comes next week!

Thats an idea, for sure.
