I've seen some comments on kitchen sinks I have three to choose from a stainless steel double bowl small sink, a larger single tub stainless steel or a heavy cast iron and porcelain double bowl sink. my main purpose will be week-long trips and not living in it or should I think of others and put in a larger sink. Thoughts from those who have smaller sinks or larger ones pros and cons.

I'd go for a double so you have wash side and rinse side for dishes.
I prefer stainless for cleaning.

The stainless double bowl is only 15" bowls compared to the much larger cast sink. I doubt I'll use as much sink washing the bus as I would at home. Would the smaller one be sufficient?

I'd use whatever you want. I plan on doing a copper farm style sink in my bus. I'll just have a plastic dishpan for soapy water and rinse directly into the sink at the end.

I'm leaning towards the stainless double bowl, but I will powder coat it to match the dark bronze faucet assembly.
