Inserting outside skins

From the looks of it there is nowhere to insert the sheet metal on the bottom, as far as I can tell.

Anyone else's bus look like this?

if you insert it water might get into it also. just make sure it has a good edge on the bottom , remove any rivets that hold it away from the existing panel seal then fasten it with the upper overlapping on the outside of the bottom so water will not get in

Why wouldn’t you always want to overlap it? With the top layer always being toward the back to help prevent water infiltration

??????? The bottom seam should have the upper piece over the bottom wtf???
