iPad Sign On

Trying to sign in thru my iPad & I keep getting a message that user name or password is wrong, User name is correct but how about a link to reset password,

I found where I can reset my password but I have to remember my old password to do so.

Also it says that I tried 5 attempts & must wait 15 minutes before trying again, It's been an hour & I keep getting the message.

Ok finally got it to take my password, but a quick link incase a person can't remember would be nice.

I've had windows 10 doing things like that. We usually don't forget our passwords, or not permanently anyway.

I have my user name & password written down & I repeatedly entered it & for some reason it wouldn't take it then finally later in the day it just took it.
