Is it fine when disconnecting the air line?

Hello,
I have a Type B School Bus. I want to disconnect the air line going to the driver's seat. I wonder if there is any issue if I taking it off and reinstalling it. I don't want to create a bigger problem.

Not usually. Might have to snip off half an inch where the clamp in the ptc fitting made an indent.

Release air pressure from the tanks before doing so.
