Looking for a month to month contract for approx $200 a month to park my school bus which I have converted and legally registered as a Motorhome with CO.
Garden hose access for water and an extension cord for electricity would be awesome, but not necessary.
I am also open to parking on a farm and doing a work trade, open to working full time and receiving some pay as well as the land to park on
I personally am a yoga nerd, Vegetarian (only want to eat animals I help raise in the future), very interested in learning about farming and permaculture, I plan to start my own farm and community in the future.
My partner and child are currently staying on the bus, but looking for housing in Boulder area soon.
Currently staying in Nederland, CO
Would like to be less than an hour from Denver/Boulder.
