Hi Guys!
Ive been ghosting here for a few months. Reading up on advice already given before i ask for any.
Well, I finally went and bought my bus. I just got her home and i have found that despite my reading here, and about a thousand hours watching Youtube videos, I still have little to no idea what I am doing. I'm learning though.
I have run into something that I'm not sure what to do.

WINDOWS.

I do not want to cover them. I love the light and i am a bad ass with a needle so curtains will happen. That said, they are in sorry shape.

Can anyone offer advice on window rehab? Sources for economical replacement? options?

I await your wise and generous advice and in advance I thank you.

Welcome and congrats!
Such a leap, isn't it?!

I too loveeee all the light in the bus. Apartments and houses make me feel funky, i often go sit on the porch even in awful weather because i need light. So the full rows of windows is like most excellent.

Where are you located?
Can you share a picture with us?

Only time to cover up THAT view....

Is at night!

windows for me too... I am struggling with whether to tint mine or not... I added an extra 20k BTU of road A/C (im not using mine as a camper).. so I could still be cool with lots of light... depending on whats wrong wit hyour windows there are parts still made for them such as latches and weatherstrips and what not.. schoolbus parts co is one place to check ... there are alkso a lot of forum members that take them out so you may be able to pick up some nice windows from a member and just replace your worst ones...

I'll need to post a few more times before I can upload a photo. I will as soon as I can.
