Leaking Oil cooler 3126B

I have a leaking oil cooler. The leak is oil only coming from one of the bolt #14 , I pulled everything out cleaned it up and replaced the gaskets (block to cooler and cooler to the housing). I put it back together the leak got better, but still leaking a little. I am wondering if i can take out bolt #14, add a little sealant and place the bolt back in.

put a copper washer on it, that should do it, when I did my C7 I thought they had copper washers on them anyway.
