Attached is a photo of a circuit/control board that is under the front dash of our IC BE200 VT365 bus. We noticed that a red light (COM D16) is on, but don't know what it means. Any information on what error it is showing and how to fix it would be much appreciated! Thanks!

If you don't know what it means when that led is lit then how do you know that it is in an error condition?

Maybe it's just the "on" led letting you know the system is on?

From what I can see from your pics, that board looks like a motor speed controller or indicator board. I see led's where you see the wording low, med and high.

Is there a speed control knob on the dash ?
There must be somewhere, follow the wires....

board kind of looks like an 'IC AIR' Air conditioning controller.. not sure if the red light means anything or not.. if the A/C doesnt work it might..

IC air used a data link in some cases to the dash switches which were little digital displays.. no idea if thats your setup or not..

Ah, another opportunity for you to excel!

Does your AC blow?

That's the fan circuit board, that black wire bundle plugged into the connector on the board probably connects to a switch on the dash. Off, low medium, high, something like that.

A bus wiring diagram will tell you what should be connected-call the bus manufacturer or look them up on line. This is when you want to start learning about how your bus is wired up.

Someone has removed a bunch of wires from the relays. Those are the little black squares, the switches for the blower fan motor(s), and the heavy wires on the bottom go to the fan(s). Something doesn't look right though because each would have two heavy wires on the bottom. Like a wall switch, they need a wire in and a wire out on the bottom.
