How about a links section? I have found a bunch, but there are so many great sites about schoolies and peoples conversion. Just a thought. -Richard

A links page? What a great idea! Let’s make it a library of links. How about sectional pages for plumbing, electrical systems, solar & wind energy, structural building components, welding, engine parts, …etc…etc

My “favorites” on my web browser is lacking for more info. It would make more sense to share with others and it would certainly add value to the Skoolie.net forum.

I noticed on other boards, much like Skoolie.net, a wealth of info is being shared, but there is a lack of organized, easy to find links to the conversion topics.

Example: Where is soused moose’s great links to building “slide-outs”?

Any person visiting this forum often since last year has read about this material, but how does a newbie or even a veteran of this forum easily find this material.

Type “slide out” in the search query, the search query will find sixteen matches currently, some with multiple pages and this forum is only growing.

I know this link is in firearm’s “My short bus” section of “Conversion Projects”. If it were listed in a links library it would be more helpful to everyone.

The real question is, will people share their links in the library? :?:

I haven’t decided if I want to build a slide-out into our trailer or not ….
They do add quite a bit of weight…

But anyways ….
Heres a link to Barnes Engineering Company out in Colorado.
They make Heavy-duty Slides that can carry around 2000 lbs.

Well damnit dammitAndy! Your link doesn't work.

Ya, sorry about that. We are trying some new admin soft on my server and we havn't quite seemed to lick it yet. It should be up soon... stay tuned.

It's fixed now... the files and stuff still worked, but you had to type the file name in... where usually just /bus/ worked. Back to normal now though.
