Living in denial: Why sensible people reject the truth

That explains volumes. He's part of a cult just like Jim Jones.

Yeah, but it's the same guy. He seems to be ok other then the overwhelming amount of hate he enjoys spewing towards anyone that doesn't believe in his global warming religion. He's just another hater one encounters along the way.

Sorry to stir the pot, but I found this while sifting through old stuff in the tutorials... a "soused moose".
I think that's yer man, Abbott. Seems he's changed his handle to michael & millie...

Yeah, I think he also had another name as well besides that one and the one in this thread. I remember him going off about Al Gore. He also posted some information about a compost toilet.

Sung to Beverly hillbillies:
Let me tell you a story bout a man named Rick
A really brilliant guy, who did’nt know dick
Then one day he was cutt’in him some wood
But did’nt really know what he outta should.

Flooring that is …Table saw… Push’in stick

Rick, a molecular biologist, a life long friend and one of the smartest "scientists" i know called me the other day. He said he was going to put new laminate flooring in his house. He said he was going to do it himself. I asked "why don't you hire it out?" He stated he wanted to show the little lady he was handy around the house and was tired of paying huge fees for things he could do himself, and it would help calm him for his long days toils. And besides, he'd already bought a table saw for the job. I stated some things were best left to the professionals. He said "Hey, I construct DNA molecules, I sure I can handle this flooring. Well OK, lets talk about this summers get together.

I got an E-mail from him a couple days ago. A picture says a thousand words.
My point is........
Just because your a scientist, professor, Baccalaureate Magna cum loudly :D , etc. really does not mean you know all things or are right about what you may spew. Sometimes it the little people that have a greater grip on the actual world around them. Did not the scientists of the day, back when, say the world was flat? Some things require tangable evidence and some just require faith. Faith, for the most part cannot be backed by research and facts, but in my experience, is right a lot of times.
