Long-Term Skoolie Parking Needed: Prescott, AZ (Aug–Dec 2025)

Hey all,

I’m looking ahead to where I’ll be parking long-term later this year. Starting in August 2025, I’m hoping to find a stable spot (ideally with water/power)to park my 40' bus near Prescott, Arizona through December

I would love to be close to town or at least within a reasonable commute. Ideally looking for something that meets most of the following:

• Long-term (August 24-December 15)
• Access to water and possibly shore power
• Friendly to full-time skoolie living
• Space to finish light interior work over the fall
• Willing to pay a fair monthly rate or barter (I can offer labor or help with other projects)

If you know of a property, land, farm, or even an RV spot that’s open to longer-term skoolie stays, please let me know!
