you should just buy a 50 amp automatic switch over for the genset to shore power. not very expensive
the panel you listed should work good, keep in mind that the fan might need occasional changing...
most people do not tie the inverter in to the panel, but you can with the right transfer switch wiring. some people with the really expensive inverters run all the 110v wiring through it.
