Looking for a diesel short bus in NC or the NE in general

We found our bus thru the Asheville edition Iwanna. Amazingly enough it was close to were we were living at the time (drove it home on the back-backroads). You can read the ads online but you got to pay inorder to get the phone number. This is a good source of the cheaper buses since the ads are free. I had seen the ad for the bus we bought just before Christmas. The price was lowered a couple of months later and we bought it then. we also found our current RV thru the same paper (Greenville SC edition)

school buses for sale by the school system are here http://ncschoolbussales.dpi.state.nc.us/ Buncombe Co had two chevy short buses with 8.2 diesels and auto trans last time I was there for 2,000, and a Thomas Vista with International/allison for 3,500.
