Looking for San Diego area builder

Hello all,
I'm looking for someone within 1 hour or so from San Diego to help me with my build. I need plumbing, elelctrical, and solar, and maybe more but not sure. I would idealy like to learn a bit but certainly want to know whats going behind my walls and under my floors so that, if I something goes wrong in the future I know where/what things are.

I currently have all the seats out and will have the floor and walls pulled prior.

building the inside of a bus

This seems like it is very similar to building the inside of a boat. Or like updating an older boat for new technologies.

In San Diego are there boat yards and marinas? What about places that refit military ships?
