Looking to purchase midsized skoolie

Hi, I'm new to this site. I'm looking for a midsized finished skoolie, 6 to 7 windows, automatic transmission. I live in Nebraska. I want one that has little to no rust. I have no idea how much it costs to build a skoolie so looking at options to buy one. 24 to 27 feet bumper to bumper.
