macerator pump

who is or has put a macerator pump in for the dumping? I know lorna is, I am thinking about it but was wondering.
are you putting it in perment? or just hooking it up tp the discharge when you are ready to dump?
what about lady things :shock: ? would there be a problem with that? will the pump grind them up?
and is there any best brand to buy?

We have been using a pump for 8 years. It is not permanent. It hooks on just like the 3" hose. The 3" hose is much faster and easier, so use it when you can.
