I used existing holes in the bus frame to mount this rack, it's tucked in next to the diesel tank cage.
Materials used: 1/4" X 3" for the 5 vertical pieces, 3/16" x 3" angle irons and a sheet of galvanized 12 gauge (not shown) on top.
It's now all welded up and mounted, it's really heavy duty. Going to make something similar to mount a black tank.
BTW I've got about 100 free cans of spray paint from the recycle center around here, so the rack has 3 cans of paint covering it.
