So, I'm looking at an '87 MCI 102-A2
It currently has the split doors and I really want to convert it to the sedan door.

I've watched some videos on the process and it looks easy if I can find a door and the hinges.

I'm located in Southwestern Ontario.
Would anyone know of a good source from scrapped busses or the like?

Thanks.

Maybe the good folk on the BCM forum would know, or even the BNO forum's Canucks (BNO is based in Canada)? You need to track down a breaker's yard that dismantles old MCI church buses, most of which die (and go to heaven??) when their engines cark after having been driven for thousands of miles without much TLC. Even god can't save them from the breaker's torch!

Good luck,
John

Ya, I'll probably make an account on BCM.
The guy I might buy a bus from is going to send me the contact infor for a scrap yard that'd have it.

Worst case I could build a door, but the hinges are pretty complex, and I'd really rather just buy the original parts.

Thanks.
