I have a mowhawk tempwood woodstove that has a flue out the back of the stove. The flange for the flue sticks out about an inch and it is just a bit too large and and will not accept a standard 6 inch female elbow. Does anyone know where I can get an adapter or an elbow that will go over the outside of this flange? It's just a little bit too big to get that standard elbow on it and if I I put the male end of a 6 inch elbow into the flange it is way to sloppy and does not seal well.

i would start with the stove manufacturer to see if they offer that size ductwork and or fitting.
sounds like you have 6-1/2" pipe?
could also contact a B-VENT manucturer or supplier and see what they offer.
several brands for double wall pipe z-vent is another one as well as selkirk.
you cound get duct crimpers and get it down to size but that would be modifying it if its under warranty.
