japan motor...

Sorry to hear about your Ford truck. I have always liked Chevys myself. I have had a 1963 Ford station wagon, a 1958 Ford pickup, and now I have a 2000 Ford Ranger. It seems that you had a lemon. Most of these Rangers go for a long time. I sure hope mine does.

chevy all the way ,,,,old ford 302 had to replace the timing grears at 70,000 and would go another 80,000 befor rebuild,,,,but ever thing is got japan junk init

the ford ranger block is a mazda truck eng and truck ...what happen to USA made ????.the new chevy trucks is from canada

I guess I'm a Chevy guy--grew up with them, but I'll have to go to bat for the Ford sedan with the 4.6 automatic like in my work car, nothing I have ever driven works that well--not even the Chevy Caprice!

Sorry guys, I'm going to have to weigh in as a Ford man. :p I don't like to think that I have any particular loyalty to a company, but due to various factors I have ended up owning several Fords, and I really have no big complaints. I had a '98 Ranger, a '95 Crown Victoria, an '88 F-150, and currently have a '93 F-250 diesel. The Crown Vic was, I think, my favorite car ever. I got it at a police auction. That thing was bad-ass. :D

of cause the crown vic has a lot better frame than any old show car,,there build that way....my brother is a cop and his crown will reach 160 mph,,becuaue it don'y have a japan motor...

Lets see.. you could take some 59 chevy, 58 Edsel, 59 pontiac, and so forth and make your own front end decorations...

Funny.....   But I can see all three in the Pix...

Have him take you for a ride at 160. Let us know how fast you got up to.

Just sold an 2007 Mustang GT, I got up to 145 mph before I backed out of it but it was still climbing......
Way to old for that stuff and way too many cops around these days... guess I'mm getting old because I have no desire to travel at 160 mph anymore...
I'm happy just to be moving..... :D :D

Instant stage. What kind of bus is that? I thought it may be a Bedford, but the steering wheel is on the left (not right) side.

Stage diving would be extra exciting!

OH! I know. It's a Crownedsel. They are very rare. I think they were made in Saginaw Michigan. This one is a 1958.

If Edsel's where still around this is what they might look like.....

Way cool Edsel photos.

By the way, I had a 1963 Studebaker and several 60s Ramblers. Gone are the days of those cool cars. The 1961 Rambler wagon was cool.

Also, there was no such thing as a Crownedsel. Just goofin' on you all.

Well I did Google it and nothing came up..... Kinda figured as much...... That's when I found the 2008 Edsel Crown Vic..

I had a 1964 Studebaker station wagon... nice one, 6 cylinder, 3 speed w/am radio ....... Kinda like today's SUV 's and Crossovers......

For you guys that think you are still 17, if you get a flat or have a tire come apart because it's not rated for that speed, you're done. TOAST! Whatever car you are in will not withstand a wreck at 140mph. If you do it again, make sure you put me in your will...just because I told you so.

If the folks at Jefferson County (Colorado) Public Schools (where I went K-12) see this video and add a few of these to the fleet, kids there will never see a snow day again.

When I was a kid, snow days were rarer than hen's teeth because their standard was if the buses wouldn't get stuck, we had school. And the county had cracker-jack bus drivers and snowplow crews.
