So I replaced the clutch master cylinder, amazed it was available for cheap on RockAuto.
But it did not solve problem, problem was the slave cylinder, it was locked solid. So bought one of those on RockAuto for $12, cheap enough to pay for 2-day shipping.
With it removed, the clutch fork moved, so this should be fixed soon.
