My profile picture doesn’t work

My profile picture doesn’t work. I have uploaded a picture that I think meets the requirements, but I have had no luck getting it to appear with my posts. It would be great if someone with administrator privileges could look into it. Thank you

Go to the User CP and click "Edit Avatar".

Thanks I was confusing avatar with the profile picture, as if they were the same thing.
