I tried to change mine back (to get rid of the SKO) -- same thing -- "Name already in use"... Can an Admin fix this for me?

Hi John - Another account is indeed using the same display name. I can change your display name to something else (or you can do this in your profile) but display names cannot be used by two folks. This is a limitation of the new software. The SKO was appended during the update as a workaround to avoid having the account break.
