navistar t444 or dt466 ???

I am personally not a fan of the T444. The DTs are great - 466, 408,360 with 466 being the best pick. I also like the Cummins 5.9 and 8.3 with the 8.3 being a better choice as well. The Cats are at the bottom of my list with the 3116 leading the pack followed closely by the 3126, 3208 is ok but nothing to write home about. Since your question was Dt466 vs T444, thats an easy choice, go with the 466 even if it is a little more coin, Im sure 99% would agree.

The DT360 is pretty weak. I would guess most rear would be specd the same making any 360 powered bus slow. Could be wrong? If you want power, speed and reliability go with the 8.3 cummins or a dt466. If speed and power are no big deal than my previous post on motors will work.
