New bus owner!

I finally satisfied the itch I've had since the 70's by buying a bus. It is a six-window Wayne body, GMC chassis, probably the 366 gas engine, 4-speed manual. It doesn't run, but the body is solid, the odometer says just under 45k, and I got it for $700. This will be a slow build, because I'm an over-the-road trucker, only home a few days a month. But it starts here! Anybody in northern Indiana able/willing to haul it for me cheap?

Central Indiana here, welcome! I have the same problem - two weeks OTR, two days home is not enough time to get anything done. I cannot help with the relocation but wanted to suggest you include where the bus is currently in order to help someone else offer to help.

Good point! Bus is currently on private land south of La Crosse, and I need it moved to Elkhart.

Oh, and providing the VIN never lies, it apparently has a 350.
