Turning up the pump maybe even get it built along with a turbo is mostly what I can afford as of now and if it gets me around 300hp I would be perfectly happy with it.
I would like to stick with the allison at545 because I have it already and wont need to spend the extra cash but It might be a good idea to find a different tranny. My motor and trans only has 177k miles on it so it is still in fairly good shape and the guy I bought the bus from took really good care of it because if it broke down on him this was his only form of transportation and his home for awhile.
