Welcome aboard! I'm actually having some trouble seeing your floor plan - can you post it any larger?

I dont know about "green", but if you want to build it for off grid, you need to think where you are going to mount solar panels, the battery bank and inverter stuff before you do much construction. In all the busses i have built and worked on for others, placement for things like tank and large appliance and kitchen/bath lines, etc were considered very early on in the build. Currently in this bus, i left open a 6' room behind the bedroom in the back for a washer/dryer and clothes storage...but my bus is 40' long.

Definitely work out your tank locations and plumbing first. Give your drain lines enough slope to work even if you're not parked on level ground. Wiring and fresh water supply lines give you a lot of routing leeway but those drains can be a bugger, especially on the short busses.

i have recently seen the 250W solar panels for 175 each if purchased like 4 at a time or more. And, if you check the trojan website, there are many batteries that will work. I prefer the ones that are around $300 wholesale - the taller ones, but dont know what the retail is, as i have an account with my local wholeseller. There are other brands that will last about the same length of time, and are a bit cheaper, fwiw

If you want the picture to show instead of the link:
Once you've got your pictures uploaded to photobucket go to your library then hover the mouse pointer over the picture you want to post, A star will appear in the upper right corner of the picture thumbnail. Click the star and a menu will pop up. Click "Get image links" and another menu will appear. Click the link under "IMG code" and the field will change to "copied."
Now come back to your skoolie post, right-click the mouse and click "paste" to paste your link into the message where you want it to appear.
Now PREVIEW your post and your picture should show in place of the link you copied.

Much better! So here are my thoughts regarding possible issues with your layout:
1. While it is common to have the bathroom near the bedroom in an RV, you might find that while you are trying to relax and enjoy your rest in bed, there may be somewhat unpleasant smells emanating from the toilet. I know this possibility can be ameliorated by various means and will also depend on what type of toilet you install. Since I have a "composting toilet" (and yes, I put that in "quotes") my toilet tends to sometimes get a bit stinky when in heavy use. I have separated it from the bedroom with a door and there is a window in the bathroom that I can open if necessary.
2. The wood stove option you illustrated may or may not be feasible in that spot. It's hard to tell without measurements, but you need a fair amount of space for a wood stove due to safety concerns. You need to have air circulation and enough space that it is not transferring too much heat to objects that should not be heated (like paneled walls, etc.)
3. I like that you put the kitchen near the bathroom and on the same side of the bus - this is a good idea due to plumbing routing issues.
I like the "look" of the model bus you got. I like the features of the cockpit area with the white gauge panel and the switch panel in the corner, and also the shapes of the front end and windshield. Cool.

I made my stove a "0" clearance stove, (after i rebuilt the stove to my liking) and made a wood enclosure with cement board all the way around and i believe 3 layers of the cement board benieth it. Actually ther is an inch or two clearance on all sides. I did not make any separate air entrance for it.
My stove works great, right now we are using it every day, and i just fill it half full at night and shut the damper etc down.
For stove pipe i used 6 inch, make the appropriate hole in the roof, and removed insulation around it and added the fireproof stuff back. The stove draws air very well when the door is open. Since i have been using my stove enclosed on 3 sides, we can put normal junk much closer to it, and have never had a bit of trouble with it.
For those who are contemplating using a wood stove, just dont have any carpet close to it...
