Newbie in VA! Looking for the right bus.

Hi there!

I'm selling my retail business in a few weeks, and am planning on getting a bus to convert. I'm looking for a smaller bus, but not a super short one! Something with 15-20 ft of interior length would be great. I'll be living full time in it eventually with a cattle dog and need some sewing studio space, as well.
