Newbie need sources!

Hey guys!
My husband and I are finally ready to SERIOUSLY start shopping for our bus!
I wanna be sure the trans and engine are reliable since there isn’t much point in getting something that runs like a trash can.
What are some good sources to cross check the best (and worst) engines and transmissions for our dream-bus?
